By accessing or using InfluenceLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

InfluenceLab is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create and manage AI influencer characters, generate content, and participate in a creator marketplace. The service is provided via web and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use InfluenceLab
  • One person may not maintain multiple free accounts
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Impersonate real people without their consent
  • Use the platform to generate spam or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform
  • Use AI-generated content to deceive or defraud others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

  • You own the content you generate using InfluenceLab
  • You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content
  • InfluenceLab is not liable for how AI content is used externally
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
  • AI outputs may not always be accurate — use your judgment

6. Marketplace

  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
  • InfluenceLab takes a 20% commission on marketplace sales
  • Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

7. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel at any time — access continues until period end
  • No refunds for partial months
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in account downgrade

8. Intellectual Property

  • InfluenceLab and its original content are owned by InfluenceLab
  • You retain ownership of content you create on the platform
  • By using the platform, you grant us a license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. INFLUENCELAB DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR REVENUE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFLUENCELAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
